Please fill out all of the required fields. After you submit the form you will be emailed an invoice. The invoice can be paid online. Once your payment is submitted you will receive a receipt of payment. A spot in the summer dance intensive is not confirmed without payment.

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Payment must be completed no later than July 1st, 2024. 

The parent email submitted will be added to a mailing information list. This list will be used to inform parents of schedules and events.
